Our Story

Indian Christian Camping Association, a not for profit, non denominational organization existing as an association of campsites, conference centres, activity service providers, and individual members. ICCA welcomes Christian members operating in the community, charity, corporate, church and education sectors across India. ICCA was legally registered in 2015 but has been functional since 2011.

Christian camping is an experience which provides an opportunity for a group of people, with a common interest, to go away from their usual environment and live in a “community”, within which authentic Christian/Moral lifestyles can be modelled. This temporary “community” provides opportunities for formal and informal evangelism and discipleship. ICCA aspires to promote this evangelism tool through annual conferences, training programs, workshops, and outdoor education (OE)/learning out of classroom (LOC) curriculum and prayer partnerships through its members.
