Each member brings a unique blend of expertise and passion for youth development and faith-based community building. Together, they shape ICCA’s programs and initiatives, ensuring our core values of faith, service, and community are at the heart of everything we do. Through strategic guidance and collaboration, our board supports ICCA’s mission to empower individuals with transformative experiences and leadership opportunities. Their dedication enables us to provide resources, professional development, and impactful programs that strengthen the camping community and inspire lives of purpose.

Dr. Priya V. Joseph

Chairperson, ICCA

Chairperson Priya attended Bishop Cottons Women’s Christian College, majoring in Psychology and Englishliterature. She then earned her MSc in psychology fromThe University of Madras and a Ph.D. in psychology fromMartin Luther Christian University. She had an active partin the formation of the association since 2011 and served indifferent capacities on ICCA’s board since its officialregistration in 2015.She has a blend of experience from the corporate andcommunity development sectors. She has served as a first-class magistrate, and presided over cases, for Tamilnadustate, in the district of Coimbatore’s, Child WelfareCommittee. Priya is known for her integrity, passion forchild rights and justice, and her Christ-centered values inthe government sector.Priya is the managing trustee of CST, a non-profit offeringrehabilitation services to neurodiverse children and theirfamilies. She is the founder of Bluerock TransformationCentre, its ethos is to design camps for children, youth, andfamilies from marginalized communities. Her passion forpeople, zest for life, love for the outdoors, and travel makeher a happy camper.She chairs the board in a strategic direction, her ability tonetwork and connect, mobilize resources, and ensureeffective governance while navigating board dynamics andsuccession planning has placed ICCA in the global platformof camping associations.

Mr. Raju Ninan

Vice-Chairman, ICCA

Raju Ninan (a.k.a.) Santhosh is a businessman based inSouth India who did his graduation in Zoology from Loyolacollege Chennai and his Master in Business Administrationfrom the International University. He currently runs aprinting establishment in Chennai, south of India. Heaccepted Jesus Christ in his college days, and has beenpart of the Christian camping ministry for more than 35years.In the year 2006 J Team was founded with the mission “tochallenge the NextGen through programmes that areeducational, skill-based and fun, enabling and equippingthem to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly withGod.” For the past 15 years it has grown into anorganisation reaching out to children and young adultsthroughout India.

Mrs. Ruth D’monte

Secretary, ICCA

Ruth D’monte’s passion for camping began at the age of 12, when she attended her first camp and instantly knew itwould shape her future. She eagerly pursued her dream,attending numerous camps as a child, volunteering withScripture Union and Kids Games, and training as aprogram director and activity leader at CampCoolamatong. Ruth’s journey led her to establish a campcommunity that would serve underprivileged communitiesin Chennai.In 2014, Ruth founded Camp Canaan, creating a vibrantplatform to fulfill her vision of making disciples andequipping them as leaders through adventure camping. Asa board member of the Indian Christian CampingAssociation (ICCA), Ruth continues to impact lives andinspire others to embrace the transformative power ofChristian camping.

Mr. Stephen Dass

Treasurer, ICCA

Stephen, an MBA in Human Resource Management, brings a wealth of experience from both the corporate and social enterprise sectors. Previously, he served as the Operations Head of a leading adventure camping and life-skills company in Bangalore, combining his expertise in leadership with a passion for camping and outdoor education. Currently, he is the Director of People Kraft Pvt Ltd, a social enterprise that transforms waste into sustainable products, and the Executive Director of proVISION INDIA, a Bangalore-based non-profit focused on empowering individuals and communities through capacity-building and self-reliance programs.

In addition to his professional roles, Stephen serves as the Treasurer and a Board Member of the Indian Christian Camping Association (ICCA), where he contributes his strategic vision and operational expertise to advance the mission of Christian camping in India. Known for his skills in behavior analysis, psychometrics, Kaizen, and people management, Stephen brings a unique blend of creativity and leadership to all his endeavors.

Mr. Francis Selvaraj

Board Member, ICCA & CCI Worldwide

Francis Selvaraj is a dynamic leader passionate about building resilient communities and fostering leadership through innovation and collaboration. He is the CEO of Esther Enterprises, a real estate and infrastructure company in Bangalore, and the founder of Camp Revive in Hosur, an outdoor learning and sports facility transforming lives through sports, life skills, and outdoor education. He also established Revive Football Club and KSN FC, giving teens and youth a platform to compete in the Karnataka Football League.

A certified fitness instructor, Francis serves as the Secretary of the Karnataka Sports Network (KSN), an NGO focused on empowering children and youth through sports. Guided by the biblical call from Isaiah 41:17-20 to “invest in people,” Francis created Camp Revive to transform communities and build future leaders.

As a board member of the Indian Christian Camping Association (ICCA) and CCI Worldwide, Francis is committed to advancing Christian camping and supporting ministries across India. His leadership inspires growth, innovation, and transformation in the communities he serves.

Dr. Timothy Connors

Board Member, ICCA

Dr. Timothy Connors is a passionate professional dedicated to fostering growth and development through creative training programs at Breakthrough, utilizing his expertise in designing ropes courses both in India and internationally. He holds a Diploma from the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) and completed a Strategic Transformational Program at IIM Ahmedabad. As a behavioral analyst using the DISC methodology, Dr. Connors helps improve personal and professional interactions.

A strong advocate for safety, he is certified in Safety Management by IOSH and in Risk Assessment and Fire Safety Awareness by the British Safety Council. He was also trained as a Level 1 and Level 2 Inspector by ACCT in the USA (certification not renewed).

Recognized for his contributions to experiential learning, Dr. Connors was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Experiential Learning. His goal is to positively impact lives through creative and experiential means.

Mr. Rükhetuolie Theünuo

Board Member, ICCA North-East Region

Rükhetuolie Theünuo is the Director of Horeb Outdoor Ministries, Nagaland, where he focuses on organizing church camps that foster spiritual growth and community building. These camps offer participants a chance to deepen their faith and connect with others. Additionally, Rükhetuolie runs Experiential Learning programs for schools, colleges, and corporate groups, covering essential topics like Identity, Discipleship, Goal Setting, Leadership, and Team Building through adventure and recreational activities.

Rükhetuolie has been an active contributor to the Christian camping community, hosting the ICCA Regional Conference at Kimasa, Naga Heritage Village in 2018 and the ICCA Regional Gathering at The Track: UBC Adventure Campsite in Kohima in 2021. He also mentored training sessions for the Outdoor Leadership Course (OLC) in 2022-2023 and currently serves as the Course Coordinator for ICCA, helping shape the future of outdoor leadership in Christian camps. He is also a proud board member of ICCA.

Mr Robert Choudhary

Board Mentee, Central India Region

Mr. Robert Choudhary, presently serving as the Initiator & Minister at Large for GET Ministries, brings a profound passion for Christian camping and a heartfelt commitment to fostering spiritual growth through immersive, faith-centered experiences. With a vision of transforming Christian camping in India, Robert aims to create a vibrant platform for nurturing young believers, encouraging experiential learning, and deepening their connection to God and nature. He holds a Masters of Divinity from UBS Pune, an MA in Christian Studies from the University of Madras, and has studied Eco Theology at UTC Bangalore. His extensive qualifications and dedication to his faith are truly inspiring, and we are blessed to have him on board.

Mr. Ken Pullen

CCI Coach - India

Mr. Ken Pullen, a committed CCI Coach from Australia, has a profound connection to India, where he spent his formative years. His parents served as missionaries in India, shaping his deep love and passion for the country and its people.

As CCI Coach to India, Ken collaborates closely with the Indian Christian Camping Association (ICCA) to strengthen and expand the Christian camping movement. He plays a pivotal role in mentoring leaders, identifying opportunities, organizing gatherings, and supporting vision casting to build self-sustaining networks of Christian camping leaders.

Ken’s dedication, wisdom, and leadership continue to inspire the ICCA community, making a lasting impact on the camping ministry across India.

Mr. Robin Matthew

Board Mentee, Western India Region

Mr. Robin is a dynamic Life and Finance Coach who creatively integrates board games and outdoor activities to inspire personal and spiritual growth. His role as a Camp Counsellor at HoneyRock Outdoor Center, where he led wilderness excursions and taught essential survival skills, has helped shape many young leaders. As a Training and Development Facilitator, he has designed impactful leadership and skill enhancement programs for university students and professionals, while also fostering spiritual growth through Bible studies and discipleship initiatives.

Robin’s diverse experience and passion for mentoring youth will be an incredible asset as he joins ICCA in nurturing the next generation of leaders.

Ps. Sherlie Benjamin Raymond

Board Mentee, North India Region

Mrs. Sherlie Benjamin serves as a devoted pastor at the Assembly of Believers Church, TDI City, Agra, where she leads and nurtures her congregation with a deep commitment to spiritual growth. Alongside her pastoral role, she is a dedicated teacher at St. Andrew’s School, where she engages with students and plays an essential part in their academic and personal development. Her adaptability and compassionate nature allow her to connect with people from all walks of life, building strong, meaningful relationships within her community.

Since 2016, she has also served as the Director of Youth Mission Christ International (INDIA), where she has been actively involved in training and equipping youth and leaders across North India, empowering them to grow in faith and leadership.

Mr. S Rahim Bardhan

National Program Officer, ICCA

Mr. Rahim, a dedicated leader from the scenic Gajapati district of Odisha, blends professional expertise with a passion for service. He holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and a Master’s in Divinity from IPCTS, Kottayam (Kerala).

As the National Program Officer of ICCA, Rahim is instrumental in organizing impactful programs, developing resources, and strengthening the Christian camping movement across India. His work fosters leadership development, community building, and the expansion of ICCA’s reach.

Rahim also leads the Empowering Migrant Movement India (EMMI) in Coimbatore, where he works to support migrant laborers’ holistic growth by addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

An accomplished graphic designer and author of the book Graphic: The Art of Design, Rahim has developed several websites and launched a mobile WebApp with over 50,000 installs, enhancing the Christian community’s digital footprint.
