Who can become a member of ICCA?
ICCA welcomes Christian organizations and individuals from camp centers, conference and retreat centers, camping-related tourism, churches, charities, corporates, and the education sector across India. Our members share a commitment to advancing Christian camping.
What are the ICCA membership classifications and fees?
Religious Organizations/Individuals:
Churches: INR 1,900
Camp, Retreat & Conference Centres: INR 1,900
Outdoor Camping Service Providers: INR 1,900
Christian Institutions: INR 1,900
Outdoor Facilitators / Trainers: INR 1,900
Christian Social Work NGOs: INR 1,900
Individuals: INR 1,900
Students: INR 999
Non-Religious Organizations/Individuals:

How long does the membership last?
Membership duration depends on the type selected:
1-Year Student Membership: Valid until 31st December of the following year.
2-Year Membership: Valid for two years.
3-Year Membership: Valid for three years.
How do I apply for membership?
To join ICCA, download the membership application form here, complete it with the required details, and send it to our registered address. You can also email an electronic version of the form with signatures. Detailed payment options and account information are provided in the form.
What payment methods are available for membership fees?
Payment can be made through:
- Cheque/DD in favor of “INDIAN CHRISTIAN CAMPING ASSOCIATION,” payable at Bangalore.
- Direct Deposit/NEFT to ICCA’s bank account. Full details are provided in the membership form.
Can I renew my membership, and how?
Yes, memberships can be renewed by paying the applicable fee before the expiry date. Members will receive reminders to ensure continuity.
Do I need to renew my membership? If so, how often?
Membership renewals depend on the plan you choose. Our current plans offer 2-year and 3-year memberships. Renewal information and reminders will be sent before your membership expiry date.
Can I upgrade my membership from 2 years to 3 years?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time by paying the difference in fees. Please contact our team for assistance with the upgrade process.

How can ICCA help with legal and financial compliance?
ICCA provides consulting services on legal and financial matters, including GST, FCRA, audit best practices, and registration of companies or trusts.
What is the ICCA Buying Group?
The ICCA Buying Group allows members to purchase campsite equipment and supplies at discounted rates from factory outlets, distributors, and dealers in India and abroad.
What is the Venue Finder/Resource Finder?
This is a directory listing on our website that showcases campsites and resources of members who have consented to be included, helping promote campsites and connect with the community.
What is the risk assessment service offered by ICCA?
ICCA, in collaboration with Breakthrough, offers free risk assessments of low and high rope activities at your campsite to ensure safety standards are met.
Can my organization be listed on ICCA’s website?
Yes, ICCA offers directory listings for member organizations with consent, including your location on our live map and basic details.
Can students join ICCA, and what are the requirements?
Yes, students aged 19 to 25 years can join ICCA with a student membership at INR 999 per year. A valid student ID is required.
What kind of network can I expect as a member of ICCA?
As a member, you’ll connect with a network of Christian camps, service organizations, churches, seminaries, educational institutions, and conference centers. Members are encouraged to collaborate, share resources, and grow together.
