Yes. Preference is given to candidates who have attended an ICCA event or are associated with an ICCA member organization. Applicants who are new may consider taking Emergency Membership during the selection cycle.
Generally, no. ICCA prioritizes new applicants to ensure broader opportunities. However, exceptions may be made if the internship type is different (e.g., SALT vs. SLS) or if the host partner explicitly requests returning interns. Final decision rests with the ICCA Board and host partner.
Yes. All internships are rooted in Christian values and include devotions, prayer, worship, and service components. Interns are expected to fully participate in the host’s spiritual environment.

After Internship
Yes. All ICCA interns are expected to return and serve in Indian Christian camping, either with their organization or by volunteering with ICCA for 15 working days per year for 2 years.
