It is a residential training conference designed as an introductory-level course in Christian camping. It includes leadership development, hands-on workshops, exposure to different camp models, worship, and space for collaboration and networking.
To build up Christian camping leaders in India through foundational training, shared learning, and meaningful connections. It’s also a platform to engage with ICCA’s vision and the wider Christian camping movement.
All sessions will be conducted entirely in English.
No. The event is designed for both first-timers and those with experience. Everyone is welcome to learn and grow.
The event will take place at the Baptist Mission Society (BMS), located on Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road, Kolkata, West Bengal. It is easily accessible from Kolkata Railway Station, the airport, and major city areas.
Participants will be provided with shared rooms (typically 2–4 per room). Male and female accommodations will be separate. Basic bedding will be arranged by ICCA.

A limited number of scholarships are available exclusively for female participants, based on need and leadership potential. Contact the ICCA office for more details and the application process.
Yes. Participants who complete the full program will receive a Certificate of Participation, issued by ICCA in partnership with Christian Camping International (CCI-Worldwide).
Full attendance is required to gain the most from the program and to receive certification. Late arrivals or early departures are discouraged.
Yes. Churches, unions, and organizations are encouraged to send multiple participants, especially those involved in youth or camping ministries.
No. This is a focused residential leadership program. Only registered participants will be allowed. The venue is not suited for family members or children.
A final packing list will be shared with confirmed participants. In general, bring:

Comfortable clothing and shoes for outdoor and indoor sessions
